On Thursday, May 8th, in the Introduction to Study Abroad class (Thu, 1st period), students who had previously studied abroad for a semester volunteered to attend the first-year class and talk about their experiences. In total, there were more than 30 students who gave up their time, which was a fantastic turnout. In addition, Professor Suzumura and his class of international exchange students also helped out. With 131 students enrolled in the class and the addition of the 40 helpers, the atmosphere was lively and informative. During the second half of the class, students enjoyed drinks and snacks and were able to speak freely to the third-year students in a relaxed party atmosphere. Assoc. Professor Greg Minehane would like to thank the volunteer helpers for speaking candidly about their study abroad and overseas experiences. He feels sure that the first-year students significantly improved their knowledge and raised their expectations about study abroad.

5月8日（木）の「海外留学入門」（木曜1限）の授業では、昨年にセメスター留学を経験した先輩学生たちが、自発的に1年生の授業に参加し、自らの体験を語ってくれました。全部で30人以上の学生が貴重な時間を割いて参加してくれたことは、素晴らしい成果でした。さらに、鈴村教授と彼の担当する国際交流の学生たちもサポートしてくれました。131人の履修者に約40人のサポートメンバーが加わったことで、活気ある学び多き時間となりました。授業後半には、飲み物やスナックを楽しみながら、3年生の学生たちと自由に話すことができ、和やかなパーティーのような雰囲気となりました。留学や海外経験について率直に話してくれたボランティアの皆さんには感謝の意を表します。1年生たちが留学に関する知識を大いに深め、期待を高めることができたと確信しています。（文責：グレッグ?マイネハン准教授）
